VS Wear supplies fully sublimated custom football guernseys, netball dresses, cricket gear and off-field wear to clubs, schools and committees in Ballarat and across the Central Highlands, produced factory-direct at 30 to 40% below usual retail pricing and delivered on a guaranteed 3 to 4 week turnaround from design approval.
Every garment is fully sublimated and drawn to your club's own colours and logo, from a minimum of 20 units per design.

Both of this region's leagues are football netball leagues, so a club here is buying guernseys and dresses from the same committee in the same year.

Production is guaranteed at 3 to 4 weeks from the day you approve the design. The minimum order is 20 units per design.
The third line does most of the work for a Central Highlands club, where one design has to cover Under 12s through to senior football and the netball grades beside them. Putting all of it through one run is what stops five grades becoming five slightly different uniforms.
With Under 12s, Under 15s, Under 18s, reserves and seniors all wearing the same colours, the question worth answering before approval is how the artwork scales. Finished work across a lot of clubs shows that faster than a single mock-up can.

View the VS Wear GalleryBallarat is served by two football netball competitions rather than one. The Ballarat Football Netball League runs a ten-team regular season whose 2026 round one falls on 11 April, with the first week of finals at the end of August and the decider on 19 September. The Central Highlands Football Netball League is a seventeen-team competition across the same region, coordinating Senior, Reserve, Under 18, Under 15 and Under 12 grades, and it releases its own fixture separately.
That matters more than it sounds. A round one on 11 April is genuinely later than the March start most Victorian clubs work back from, so a Ballarat Football Netball League club has more room than it might assume, while a club in the other competition may have less. Take your own league's opening round, count back the guaranteed 3 to 4 week production window, and put your committee's approval time in front of that. For an 11 April start, that puts the decision in early March rather than February.

The second effect of two leagues in one region is on the design itself. Ten teams plus seventeen is twenty-seven clubs whose colours circulate through the same towns, whose players know each other, and whose families often have children in both competitions. Distinctiveness has to hold against that whole field rather than against the nine clubs on your own ladder, which is worth ten minutes of conversation before a mock-up is drawn.
A Central Highlands club is fielding Under 12s, Under 15s, Under 18s, reserves and seniors, plus its netball grades. Junior and adult sizes go into the same production run, under one approved design, so the whole span is produced together and the twelve-year-olds are wearing the same colours as the senior side rather than something that approximates them.
Central Highlands winters are among the coldest football conditions in Victoria, which is a practical argument for quoting warm-up layers and jackets with the playing gear rather than after it. Players, officials and spectators all spend more of a July afternoon in a jacket than in a guernsey. A club still deciding in February is fitting design, approval and the guaranteed 3 to 4 week production window into its busiest registration weeks. Send us your grades.

Once your order is placed, mock-up revisions are unlimited right through to design approval.
Every order carries our 100% remake guarantee: finished garments that do not match the approved artwork or production files are remade at our cost.
VS Wear is Australian owned and operated, and your order is looked after by our Australian-based team.
The design consideration worth raising early around Ballarat is colour separation across two competitions at once. With twenty-seven clubs circulating through the same region, the palettes fill up faster than in a single-league town, and testing a mock-up against what is already out there costs nothing when revisions are unlimited.
Uniforms are designed and produced centrally, then freighted to whichever address your club nominates. We supply clubs, associations and schools across that whole footprint, and regional Victoria is routine freight rather than an exception.

With a seventeen-team league covering a lot of small towns, the club is the delivery point rather than the league, and a training night is when everyone is in one place to collect. We also supply Geelong to the south east and Bendigo to the north east, our custom sportswear Victoria page covers how the state's codes and seasons are structured, and the full list of Victoria cities we service covers the rest of the state.
Committees pricing several grades at once can start with our free custom team uniforms guide, which covers sizing and artwork for multi-team orders.
Early March for an 11 April start. Take the guaranteed 3 to 4 week production window, place it so it ends before your first game rather than during it, and leave a fortnight in front of that for the committee to argue about the mock-up.
VS Wear designs and manufactures fully sublimated custom sports uniforms for clubs, schools, associations and corporate teams: playing kit, training gear, warm-ups and off-field wear across the football codes, netball, basketball, cricket and soccer. Every order is produced factory-direct and shipped Australia-wide.
It changes your deadline and your comparison set. Work from your own league's fixture rather than a general March assumption, and when you choose colours, think about all twenty-seven clubs in the region rather than the nine on your ladder, because the same families watch both competitions.
Three to four weeks from design approval, guaranteed. The design and revision stage sits in front of that, and how long it takes depends on how quickly your committee signs off the mock-up.
Yes, and it is much the cheaper way to do it. Under 12s through to seniors are produced from one approved design with every size in the same run, so the youngest grade is in the club's real colours rather than an approximation of them.
The minimum order is 20 units per design. Adult and junior sizes can share the one production run, so a single side with its coaching staff generally clears it.
Cold enough that jackets and warm-up tops get more wear than the guernsey through the middle of the season. Quote them with the playing gear rather than later, so they come from the same artwork and arrive at the same time as everything else.
Yes. Both competitions in this region are football netball leagues, so the netball sides belong in the same quote as the football ones rather than in a second conversation later in the year, and the colours only get decided once.
No. VS Wear does not have a store or showroom in Ballarat. Every order is designed and produced centrally, then freighted to the address you nominate, whether that is a clubroom or a school office. That model is what holds pricing 30 to 40% below usual retail, and it means Ballarat clubs get the same free design service, the same guaranteed 3 to 4 week turnaround and the same Australian-based support as any other order in the country.
Yes. Ballarat primary and secondary schools order house sport colours, representative team uniforms and PE gear on the same factory-direct terms as the clubs, and a single year group usually clears the 20 unit minimum.
Send one grade or send every grade in both codes, and we will quote it against your own league's round one rather than a general season start.
Send the garments, numbers and colours for a single side. The minimum order is 20 units per design.
