The minimum order quantity is 20 sets. Winter clubs mostly lock in their sets between November and February, ahead of a March or April start.

Your Crest, Even Without the Original File
A vector logo (AI, EPS or a high-resolution PDF) gives the sharpest crest. Plenty of clubs no longer have one. An old PDF, or a clear photo of an embroidered crest, is often enough for our designers to work from.
Reordering and Topping Up
Top-up orders for new players can be smaller than 20 sets. Short on time before round one? Tell us your date when you ask for a price and ask about a rush order. On larger first orders, ask about a sample set, which comes on loan so you can check the colour and fit before the full run.

3 to 4 weeks from design approval for the whole set. For a big multi-age order, tell us your first game and we'll map out the sign-off date with you.

How do sizing and fit checks work for bulk team orders?
