VS Wear supplies fully sublimated custom sports uniforms to clubs, schools and associations in every Western Australian city and town on this directory, from Perth and the south west out to the Goldfields, the Mid West, the Pilbara and the Kimberley, produced factory-direct at 30 to 40% below usual retail pricing and delivered on a guaranteed 3 to 4 week turnaround from design approval.
Every garment is fully sublimated and drawn to your club's own colours and logo, from a minimum of 20 units per design.

The order below follows participation weight across Western Australia rather than a national average.

Production is guaranteed at 3 to 4 weeks from the day you approve the design. We ship Australia-wide, to whichever address you nominate.
Once your order is placed, mock-up revisions are unlimited right through to design approval. Nothing is produced until you have approved it.
Every order carries our 100% remake guarantee: finished garments that do not match the approved artwork or production files are remade at our cost.
In Western Australia the clubs furthest from Perth ask the second question hardest, and the answer does not change with distance: the guaranteed window runs from your approval, and a Pilbara or Kimberley committee is quoted on the same terms as a metropolitan one.
A committee in Broome or Kalgoorlie will not see a VS Wear garment in person before it orders, so the gallery does the job a sample would.

View the VS Wear GalleryWestern Australia is not administered as one block, and that is the reason this page has a city behind every link. Each code divides the state into named regions, and the region your club sits in decides who runs your competition and when it starts.
Netball WA operates six regional offices across the state, supported by a central office, purely to service its affiliated associations and clubs, and it runs five regional competitions of its own in areas including the Great Southern, Midwest Gascoyne and Wheatbelt. Its associations also field NetSetGO alongside junior, senior, walking and No Limits netball, so one Western Australian association buys dresses for four quite different groups in a season.

Football West works its regions through community participation officers across Leeuwin Naturaliste, the Great Southern, the Goldfields, Mid West Gascoyne, the Pilbara and the Kimberley, and about a quarter of the state's player registrations come from outside metropolitan Perth. Its community junior competitions cover every under-18 grade outside the state pathways, so a large Western Australian club orders into several separate competitions in one pre-season.
The metropolitan community Australian football competition opens round one on Saturday 11 April with men's, women's and colts grades all starting together, which means a club cannot stagger its order across the season. Cricket fills the other half of the year, and it is growing rather than holding: 62,950 Western Australians play organised cricket, with entry-level Blast registrations up 16% to 7,038 and female participation up 17% to 6,914. Winter clubs should have their list with us over summer, and summer clubs should settle theirs in late winter.
Professional design is free, drawn by our in-house team from your colours, logo and ideas.
Once your order is placed, mock-up revisions are unlimited right through to design approval.
Every order carries our 100% remake guarantee: finished garments that do not match the approved artwork or production files are remade at our cost.
VS Wear is Australian owned and operated, and your order is looked after by our Australian-based team.
Distance is what a Western Australian committee is really weighing, and it changes the freight leg rather than the terms. A Kimberley club approves the same mock-up, gets the same guaranteed window and holds the same remake guarantee as a Perth one. Ask us to price your list.
Uniforms are designed and produced centrally, then freighted to whichever address your club nominates. We supply clubs, associations and schools across that whole footprint, and the pages below work through it region by region.

Most of the state's clubs sit here, and it is the one part of Western Australia where delivery is a short drive. Start with our Perth sportswear page or the Bunbury page. Mandurah and Busselton have their own pages too.
Two of the regions netball and soccer both administer separately, with their own fixtures and their own calendars. See our Albany page or the Kalgoorlie-Boulder page, with Esperance covered as well.
The longest road legs in the country, built into the quote rather than bolted on afterwards. See our Geraldton page or the Broome page. Karratha and Port Hedland run on the same terms.
Remote consignments do best at a clubroom or a school front office rather than a house, because someone is there to sign for them.
Perth and its northern corridor, Mandurah, Bunbury and Busselton, Albany, Esperance, Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Geraldton, Karratha, Port Hedland and Broome all have their own page here, alongside the Perth suburbs. Anywhere else in the state is serviced on identical terms.
VS Wear designs and manufactures fully sublimated custom sports uniforms for clubs, schools, associations and corporate teams: playing kit, training gear, warm-ups and off-field wear across the football codes, netball, basketball, cricket and soccer. Every order is produced factory-direct and shipped Australia-wide.
No. Regional competition is a large share of Western Australian sport: about a quarter of the state's soccer registrations sit outside metropolitan Perth, and netball administers the Great Southern, Midwest Gascoyne and Wheatbelt as regions in their own right. A regional club gets the same factory-direct pricing and the same guaranteed 3 to 4 week production window, with distance changing only the freight leg.
Three to four weeks from design approval, guaranteed. The design and revision stage sits in front of that, and how long it takes depends on how quickly your committee signs off the mock-up.
Yes, and Western Australian associations often do, because four or five programmes sit under the one banner here. A single approved design covers dresses, bodysuits, bibs and warm-up layers across every grade, with junior and adult sizes sharing the production run.
The minimum order is 20 units per design. Adult and junior sizes can share the one production run, so a single side with its coaching staff generally clears it.
Over summer. The metropolitan community Australian football competition opens on 11 April with men's, women's and colts grades all in the same round, so there is no late grade to catch up on. A club still deciding in February is fitting design, approval and the guaranteed 3 to 4 week production window into its busiest registration weeks.
Yes. Western Australian primary and secondary schools order house sport colours, representative team uniforms and PE gear on the same factory-direct terms as the clubs, and a single year group usually clears the 20 unit minimum.
No. VS Wear does not have a store or showroom in Western Australia. Every order is designed and produced centrally, then freighted to the address you nominate, whether that is a clubroom or a school office. That model is what holds pricing 30 to 40% below usual retail, and it means Western Australia clubs get the same free design service, the same guaranteed 3 to 4 week turnaround and the same Australian-based support as any other order in the country.
They are made for it. Sublimation drives colour into the fibre rather than sitting a printed film on the surface, so there is no layer to lift or crack in tropical humidity or arid heat, and the same garment works through a temperate south west winter.
If the hesitation is whether distance costs you anything, it does not. Send the list from anywhere in the state.
