Its position close to Brisbane Airport, a short run from the Brisbane CBD, is what makes it a working precinct rather than a dormitory suburb. Planning provides for more than 14,000 homes and around 24,500 residents at completion, so the community clubs this precinct will eventually have are still ahead of it. What it has now is events, businesses and workforces, and they order differently from clubs.
